Stephen Sprague is a third generation Austinite, specializing in residential real estate acquisitions and who is all too familiar with Austin’s ever-changing landscape.

Sprague's Father (an economist) was once a real estate developer and builder who put Stephen to work when he was young as a property manager and assistant. Growing up, Stephen lived in North, South, and West Austin, giving him detailed knowledge about Austin's very diverse neighborhoods.

Stephen went on to have a healthy career in film and television production, using his talents to help produce the local real estate show, Hot-On Austin. He also worked on various films and television projects in Los Angeles and abroad.

Sprague returned home in 2011 to pursue a career in real estate. After working for a few of the larger brokerages in town, Stephen teamed up with Joshua Brunsmann at 3rd Angle Realty. His hometown knowledge and resources are now coupled with Brunsmann's unique ability to find and develop land to its best and highest use.

Stephen continues to help locals and transplants get the most out of a transaction—whether buying/selling a home or investing in property. He and his family currently reside in South Austin.
